We acquired the site in 2018, which comprised a fire damaged building. Following completion of the acquisition, we obtained planning permission to develop 9 luxury units, working closely with the Local Authority to best utilise the site. The development was subsequently sold to one of the largest national house builders who are currently undertaking the construction works.
