His approach to development is always design led and sales focussed. He has secured planning consent and built over 150 residential units with a GDV in excess of £65m. He is as comfortable delivering high-end single dwellings as well as complex large-scale regeneration projects.

Des Thomas is construction professional with over 30 years’ experience in the development and construction industry. Des has a solid working specialised knowledge of both the construction and development processes and has successfully built up a large construction company turning over in excess of £50m annually. He has an exceptional eye for detail and a relentless commitment to quality.
Luke Coombs
Luke is a practicing qualified solicitor who specialises in corporate and commercial law. Luke leads the business from a legal perspective and manages all matters pertaining to land acquisition and the structuring of joint ventures. Luke is an integral part of the development team.
