Project: Dyne Road, Brent, NW6

The development involved the demolition of 3 garage sites within the London Borough of Brent to create new low-rise units and blocks of in-fill apartments. The scheme included:

• William Dromey Court - 3 x 4-bed houses;

• James Stewart House - 4 x 3-bed 2 houses;

• Ainsworth Close - 3 x 3-bed houses.

All properties were made available for Social Rent and provided much needed accommodation for the residents of Brent. Units were constructed to the Lifetime Homes and Secured by Design standards, and achieved Code for Sustainable Homes level 3.
